Redefining quality of life
What is Yoga? The word "yoga" means union. In yoga, we aspire to unite the body, mind, heart and spirit so we are better equipped to weather the storms of life. Yoga helps our bodies become stronger, more flexible, balanced and whole. The mind, heart and spirit naturally follow the lead of the body. Whether you are looking for stretching, relaxation, strengthening or peace, you will find it in our yoga classes.
Group Fitness Schedule (pdf, xKB)
Our weekly classes emphasize physical postures, breathing awareness and tension release to facilitate better energetic and creative flow.
We have structured our program to reflect a progression based on experience, depth of understanding and skill level. Although we have provided guidelines, we encourage you to move from one level to the next at your own pace. Always feel free to ask the advice of your instructor if you are uncertain which level is appropriate for you.
Why Pilates?

We provide the highest quality of instruction in a peaceful, yet energetic atmosphere. We offer private training, semi-private and group reformer classes for members. We offer an introductory package for all new clients.
