Whether you are trying to lose inches, increase muscular endurance or strength, improve cardiovascular endurance or just increase your flexibility, our staff can help. With their vast knowledge and years of teaching experience, they are consistently striving to provide fun, innovative class programs that will help our members achieve their health and fitness-related goals. 

HaveYouHeard.jpgBethany Athletic Club is excited to bring our members BodyPump, the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 minute class challenges all your major muscle groups to improve muscular strength and endurance, increase bone density and burn up to 600 calories. BodyPump is choreographed to great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight to inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!
