Personal Training

Our fitness managers and our team of top-notch trainers offer friendly and motivating support towards your health goals. We encourage you to talk to our trainers, even if it is just to say hello or to ask a quick question.

Personal training sessions can be scheduled directly with the trainer or by contacting us at 503-690-2100.

Fitness Consultation

Fitness consultation is an orientation to the cardiovascular and weight training equipment. Each 45-minute session is scheduled at your convenience. Our fitness staff will design an individualized program or upgrade your current program to help you meet your goals. Consultations are complimentary to each member.

Personal Training

Personal training is fast becoming the "hottest" method in the fitness industry today for achieving one's fitness goals, such as weight loss or gain, and sports enhancement. Our personal trainers provide one-on-one instruction in areas ranging from weight-resistance equipment and free weights to many types of cardiovascular exercise. Personal training fees apply.

Stretch Sessions

Too often we forget to stretch properly, and this can lead to serious injury. We offer one-on-one sessions with a personal trainer who will educate and assist you through the best stretches for your individual needs.

Circuit Training Class

A cardio-resistance training class utilizing weight-resistant equipment, cardiovascular and free weight equipment.
